Ethics Portal

As the preeminent network of current and aspiring leaders in advancement services, aasp has a special obligation to exemplify the best qualities of our institutions, organizations, and businesses while also observing the highest standards of personal and professional conduct. We understand that sometimes we are faced with ethical dilemmas we are unsure how to handle.

Statement of Ethics

How It Works:

The Ethics Portal is an online form which enables aasp members to share ethical concerns directly with the aasp Ethics Committee. The Ethics Committee is a diverse group of volunteers who have deep professional experience working in a wide range of nonprofit sectors. We will review the issue and respond to you with our considered opinion.*

Submissions are confidential. Your contact information will be seen only by the committee chair. We are also happy to accept submissions from personal email accounts (not associated with your institution).

The Ethics Committee hopes you will find the portal to be a valuable and trusted source of expert opinion and guidance.
