Gail Ferris, AVP, Advancement Administration, The George Washington University

Ferris has served as AVP, Advancement Administration, at the George Washington University since January, 2016. His responsibilities include gift accounting, biographic records maintenance, and gift agreement review and approval. Prior to GW, he has held positions at American, Catholic, Georgetown, and Yale Universities, as well as World Wildlife Fund and the Holocaust Museum. He is a recipient of CASE's award for excellence in teaching, having chaired the Summer Institute for Advancement Services and the Gift Processing and Biographical Records Workshop. He is a past president of aasp, currently chairs the Education Committee, and has presented at aasp’s Summit, DC Regional Symposium, and Best Practices webinar. He is the recipient of aasp’s Jonathan Lindsey Lifetime Achievement Award.

Rhonda K. Miller, Associate Director, Gift Agreement Administration, The George Washington University

Rhonda K. Miller serves as the Associate Director, Gift Agreements Administration in Advancement Services at The George Washington University, where she manages the entire gift agreement process. She previously worked at Bucknell University in University Advancement for 15 years in a variety of leadership roles, including prospect research, presidential prospect management, campaign proposal development, gift agreement creation and management, and stewardship. Her background includes journalism and cataloging for academic libraries.

Laurie Reagan, Assistant Director of Gift Administration, University of Colorado

Laurie Reagan serves as the Assistant Director of Gift Administration at the University of Colorado Advancement, bringing a wealth of experience garnered over a decade within the Gift Administration team. Assuming her role as Assistant Director in 2021, Laurie plays a pivotal role as a crucial link between the University of Colorado’s four campuses, University of Colorado System, and the University of Colorado Foundation. Laurie's exceptional dedication to her responsibilities was acknowledged when she received the esteemed Charles G. McCord Award for Excellence in 2021. Her unwavering commitment to excellence is evident in her continuous efforts to elevate the Gift Administration team and enhance the Gift Documentation process to the highest standards. Laurie possesses an extensive knowledge base, particularly in the intricate realm of gift agreements and other essential documentation necessary for establishing new funds with the University of Colorado Foundation, making her an indispensable asset to the institution.
